David Demos CatererWild game, ranch-fresh meats, and Colorado grown fruits and vegetables have creatively shaped my culinary style. Having arrived in Steamboat Springs after a stint in New England, cooking for family and friends with Rocky Mountain ingredients was something I quickly began to enjoy.

The world class outdoor lifestyle we enjoy here has taught me two things:

#1) I always come home hungry.
#2) I count on hearty mountain meals to carry me to my next adventure.
